Top Level Foundation Solutions, LLC is a privately owned, locally based company in the CSRA serving both Georgia and South Carolina.  As foundation contractors, we offer over 20 years of construction experience and specialize in all aspects of foundation repair such as installation of helical auger anchors, resistance push piles, Kevlar reinforcing straps, structural concrete, waterproofing and French drains.

No project is too big or too small for Top Level Foundation Solutions. Our experience as foundation contractors includes completion of work varying in size and complexity ranging from small residential and commercial projects to very complex multi-phase projects. Unlike other foundation contractors, we are a locally based company that provides a site visit and evaluation that is completed by a local, licensed professional engineer, not a salesman. The engineer then provides a written evaluation and report on each project which identifies the problems and their cause, as well as outlines recommended repair solutions that are specific to the project.  This is referred to “site specific engineering”.  Our experience as foundation contractors, project management, and engineering report specific to the site provide a level of security to the client that is unmatched by other foundation contractors.
